Hello and welcome to SuperFastDiet! We’re the co-founders, Gen and Vic, and we just wanted to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about our super amazing and holistic lifestyle program.

We both know what it’s like to gain weight and feel pretty miserable about it. We also know what it’s like to try every, single method out there only to put the weight back on and feel even worse! Right?

A few years back, however, we came across intermittent fasting and decided to give it a go – together. With our background in the weight loss and fitness industries, we soon made it more than just a feast v fast concept, we built it into a lifestyle program, incorporating world expert advice with every possible tool, tip, trick and coaching/community advantage anyone could need to smash this way of life.

... and that's when the SuperFastDiet was born!

We said goodbye to over 40kgs / 88lbs between us (with our amazing team having dropped 164kgs / 361lbs) and have kept it off for good, launching our program internationally going on to help over ten thousand others lose weight forever too.
It works for so many because it is so doable. Dieting part-time means you can eat and drink what you like the rest of the time so you never feel you’re on a diet, you’re just delaying feasting then – hooray! There is never a silly question, but to save you time or worry we have put together a few 'frequently asked' ones so you don't have to ask around.

IS THIS JUST 5:2 or 16:8?
No, it is so much more! For a start, we have three different fasting methods to choose from: 2 day, 3 day and part day PLUS we have an entire program that guides you along with recipes, sample days, your own personalised dashboard and tracker and an AMAZING support community to boot. Come on in and see for yourself. There’s nothing to lose but the kilos, huh?
HOW LONG IS THE CHALLENGE?
It starts with your first 28 days but it's really as long as you want it to be. We have divided the stages into four: Super Starter (12 weeks), Super Achiever (12 weeks) and Super Graduate (12 weeks) followed by ta-da! Master Faster, which is an ongoing maintenance program to keep you feeling FAB-U-LOUS! We are super flexible though and yes, you can cancel at any time.
DO YOU CATER FOR VEGETARIANS?
Sure do! We have stacks of vegetarian options and recipes and some of our super success stories are vegetarians so yep, proof in the vego-friendly pudding right there.
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR DIABETICS?
 If you have type 2 diabetes, and would like to try intermittent fasting, we would advise speaking with your physician before starting the diet. We do not recommend intermittent fasting for type 1 diabetics.
WILL A PERI-MENOPAUSAL OR MENOPAUSAL WOMAN SUCCEED ON YOUR 28 DAY CHALLENGE?
We have many peri-menopausal and menopausal women on our program (our median age is 50 years old) achieving amazing results. In fact, intermittent fasting helps reduce fat stores around the mid-section and vital organs which really benefits women seeking to lose that peri-menopausal or menopausal middle weight gain. Yes, ladies, there is an answer! Win! (Of course if you are concerned seek medical advice before commencing).
CAN A SHIFT WORKER DO INTERMITTENT FASTING?
Shift workers shift weight in shifts faster than you can say this sentence. (Well, not quite but y’know. It’s pretty quick!) In fact, intermittent fasting fits into a shift workers lifestyle like a work-glove because, yes, it really is a diet in ‘shifts’, i.e. part-time. Literally.

WHAT IF I CAN’T DO IT OR DON’T LIKE IT?
Well, most people can and do, but if it turns out that this isn’t for you, you can cancel anytime which means you literally have nothing to lose by giving this a red hot go. And we promise that most of our members say this is the easiest diet they’ve ever been on because it’s actually just an awesome way of life.
BUT ER… WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY EAT? I DON’T WANT TO BE HUNGRY…
This is one of the BEST things about SuperFastDiet because we have designed fasting days to be mega-filling by including maximum food and fullness for the lowest calorie tally. You really will feel like you’ve eaten stacks and go to bed satisfied… and more than a little excited by what the scales are going to say. Give it a go!
I’M REALLY BUSY – HOW WILL I FIT THIS IN?
This challenge actually gives you more time in your day because it fits in with normal life soooo easily. Lunch on the run? We’ve got stacks of suggestions. Eating Thai tonight? Slam dunk. One cook for the whole family? Doing a quick, no-brainer shop? Tick, tick, tick, tick. Tock. You’ll have more time.
 WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 28 DAYS?
You will not be charged anything more than $1 until the completion of the 28 days. You can cancel within the 28 days and not be charged a single cent more. If you do not cancel, you will automatically go on to the special member rate of $10.80 per week - debited each fortnight. CANCEL ANYTIME.
